Barbara Lippmann, President. (PASBO Member since 1983)
Ms. Lippmann has over 40 years of hands-on environmental experience. She was regional director and past President of the Philadelphia Chapter #6 Association for Facilities Engineers
(AFE) and is a current member of the PASBO Facilities Advisory Committee.
Michael Bednar, MBA , Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Bednar has more than 30 years in operations/fiscal management with extensive experience in strategic planning. He has a broad knowledge of and has successfully developed numerous cost effective models for the PENNSAFE Right to Know Programs, school Health & Safety Plans and developed a variety of business structures which
have successfully given ECS a competitive advantage.
Wayne R. Pistoia, MSE, NSPE
Mr. Pistoia has over 45 years in the industry and is an expert in Indoor Air Quality and the AHERA laws.
